A piadina is an Italian flatbread sandwich from the Emilia-Romagna region of northern Italy. The original recipe for piadina dates back to the year 1371 AD. Our piadina bread is made fresh to order with authentic imported Italian flour, rolled thin, cooked on a griddle, and folded around premium meats, cheeses, and veggies. Think of it as Italy’s answer to a panini, but it’s lighter, crispier, and totally unique!

Some of our most popular choices are L’Originale (prosciutto, arugula, mozzarella, and tomato), the Quattro Stagioni (ham, artichokes, mushrooms, and mozzarella), and the Salamino Picante with spicy salami and a touch of heat. For dessert, the Golosa Dolce that is filled with Nutella and mascarpone is a must-try!

Absolutely. Every piadina is made fresh to order using only the best imported Italian flour and local ingredients. From our dough to our sauces, nothing sits around, it’s all made daily, right here in our kitchen.
